Model Information
Application

Thank you for your interest in being a model for the American Girl® Fashion Show. This is a fund raising event for the GFWC Temple Terrace Junior Woman’s Club. Please print and fill out this application and attach a recent photograph. A list of past modeling or performing experience would be appreciated but is not required.

Please note that models must wear a size 10/12, be between 4’7’’ and 4’9’’, and weigh less than 74 pounds. All of the clothing for modeling will be furnished, but models will be required to provide their own footwear, undergarments, makeup and some accessories and props for their outfits. Models must be available for all rehearsals in October and November and may be released from the show if they cannot comply. There will be several rehearsals prior to the show and at least one fitting. A schedule of these will be distributed once the modeling selection has been completed.

In order to participate, each model must first fill out the application and return it in person to an audition/orientation at the Woodmont Clubhouse. At this time each model will be photographed and important information will be reviewed regarding the fashion show. This is also a great time to ask any questions that you may have.
